Building Maintenance Technician
Description and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to perform various repair jobs which include H.V.A.C., boilers, and other mechanical systems as well as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement and tile masonry, drywall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of preventing, maintaining, repairing or remodeling buildings and facilities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Work Environment:
Indoor(Warehouse)/Outdoor
Required Knowledge and Skills for position:
5-10 years’ experience preferred; HVAC License/ Electrical License preferred.
