JOB DESCRIPTION
Burn Boot Camp Clearwater is looking for a proactive leader that is fun, loving, kind, and compassionate person to join our childwatch team. As a lead childwatch team member you will be responsible for managing the child care team members in their daily operations which includes but is not limited to greeting members, playing with kids, redirecting when needed, and ensuring that the kids are safe and engaged in a positive fun manner during a 45 minute window while their parent/legal guardian works out. At the end of your shift you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the room. This role includes working with all childcare team members availability to create monthly scheduling, assist with inventory supply orders, create and facility weekly activities, be the point person for childcare team member requests and daily operations.

EXPERIENCE
Leadership and management experience. The ideal individual will have experience with all ages (8 weeks to 12 years of age) and is comfortable creating engaging activities whether song, coloring, playing, or simple games. Must be able to lead a team and manage daily operations.
Preferred CPR and First Aid certified. Required background check cleared. Must have reliable transportation.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING, AVAILABLE SHIFT TIMES
AM Shift: Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 10:30AM
PM Shift: Monday through Friday 3:45PM- 7:30PM
Saturday shifts required on rotation.
