    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Primarily responsible for the clients and accountable for the coordination and provision of quality services to ensure the client’s reunification with family or qualified sponsors. Maintain an active caseload of no more than 15 enrolled children and provide intensive case management for medical exams, educational assessments, legal services and the child’s family reunification. Prepare assessments and any related social or medical history reports or forms as they pertain to the client’s needs and case record. Establish a relationship with the client. Participate in client staffing's and follow-up as assigned. Coordinate the service planning process. Must ensure concise and timely completion of all paperwork or documentation, including but not limited to, administrative, clinical or caseload requirements. Ensure and safeguard the human and legal rights of clients. Provide quality services and maintain desired productivity level as defined by the supervisor. Comply with all policies and procedures as outlined by funding sources and state licensing requirements.

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    • $19.23 per hour + $.50/hour 4pm-12am, $1.00/hour 12am-8am $1.00/hour- Saturday and Sunday

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • BS/BA degree in the human services field.
    • Experience in a residential, child welfare or refugee setting.
    • At least 2 years’ experience working with children.
    • Must be Spanish/English bi-lingual
    • Must have valid driver license and auto insurance
    • Must be computer literate.
