    A Brightway Sr. Account Executive is responsible for new business production by prospecting, relationship building, quoting and selling new property and casualty insurance business that supports the agency’s growth.
     
    The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for:

    - Working closely with the entire team to represent the agency to real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, car dealerships, etc. in order to generate mutually beneficial referral relationships
    - Determines clients’ particular needs through active listening and fact-finding
    - Understands insurance carrier niches, underwriting guidelines and risk appetite
    - Responds quickly to inquiries for quotes, policies working to gather necessary information
    - Works in conjunction with our Service team to ensure customer’s service needs are met
    - Actively participates in community events and professional organizations
    - Maintains appropriate insurance license and education
    - Meets sales goals established by Agency Owner
     
    Required Skills:

    At least 2 years of Agent experience in Personal Lines P&C
    2-20 or 20-44 License
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Problem Solver
    Able to self-manage
    Ability to establish relationships
    Active Listener
    Product knowledge
    Organized

    Compensation: $40K - $85K/year (composed of base, commission and bonuses)
