Retail Sales Associate Team Member Mission

Use your aspirational energy to be a part of a fun, upbeat retail environment, where people want to work, and customers want to shop. Our team is constantly energetic for 1 or 20 customers.  

Be highly attentive to our customers by actively listening to our customers, being the first to jump in and answer questions related to the conversation you create with them.

Be highly knowledgeable and confident about menu items (ingredient level and function), Project U wellness coaching, delivery, and other Fitlife Foods services and benefits. You are the go to sales representative for instore and sometimes online customers.

Takes their contagious personality to the shop floor by engaging customers, taking customers through our store tour and helping them on the path to Do More with their lives.

Has attention to detail and is someone who has the personality to get things done without having to be told specifically to do them.  You are proactive and your thrust self-inspires you to Do More every day.

Insatiable appetite for learning and problem solving. You want to continue to learn new skills and help more people.  If you see an opportunity to improve anything and anyone, you are an agent of positively inspired continuous improvement.
